Tour stops are tournaments that are run all over the country throughout the year to earn a qualification for the Nationals tournament in October. Players who attend any tour stops have a chance in winning prize money for each tour stop won, Winning one match in each of the games (8 Ball, 9 Ball, 10 Ball, Ladies 8, and Ladies 9) will earn a qualification for that game type to the singles National tournament.
NRP (NAPA Rewards Program) is a method in which your entry fees into the tour stops are decreased the more league matches are played. The below link describes what the price would be, per entry, into a tour stop based on your NRP. Please note to add $30 to each value for green fees.

Yes! All skill levels are allowed to jump and massé in the NAPA league.[providing venue allows any players to do so. Please note that most venues will require a payment of any damaged felt. Please check with your local venue to confirm that jump and massé are allowed.
